This document contains the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Photo & Video Consent Policy, and Child Safeguarding Policy applicable to JMPRO Academy. It is intended to align with industry standards in the UAE and provide transparency to clients, parents, and participants.
1. Terms & Conditions
1.1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
By registering with JMPRO Academy (“the Academy”), you (“the Client” or “Participant”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1.2 Definitions
• Academy: JMPRO Academy
• Participant: Individual enrolled in the Academy’s programs
• Client: Parent/guardian (if the participant is under 18) or the participant themselves
1.3 Services
The Academy provides sports coaching, training, camps, and related services. Services are subject to availability and schedules set by the Academy.
1.4 Registration & Eligibility
Participants under 18 years require parental or guardian consent. The Academy reserves the right to refuse registration.
1.5 Payments
Fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program unless otherwise agreed. The Academy accepts approved payment methods. VAT or applicable local taxes may apply.
1.6 Liability Waiver
Participation in sports involves inherent risks. The Academy shall not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during activities. Parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of minors.
1.7 Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and peers. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or expel participants for misconduct.
1.8 Intellectual Property
All Academy logos, materials, and website content are the property of JMPRO Academy. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Photos/videos taken during sessions may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
1.9 Termination of Services
The Academy reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment, misconduct, or breach of these Terms.
1.10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Information Collected
The Academy may collect personal data including names, contact information, payment details, and medical information relevant to participation.
2.2 Purpose of Data Collection
Data is collected for registration, payment processing, safety, communication, and marketing purposes.
2.3 Data Protection & Storage
The Academy uses reasonable measures to protect personal data. Information is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary.
2.4 Sharing of Information
Data may be shared with coaches, staff, and third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors). Information will not be sold to third parties.
2.5 Rights of Users
Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Academy.
2.6 Photos & Videos
The Academy may use photos/videos of participants for marketing. Clients may opt out in writing.
2.7 Cookies & Website Usage
The website may use cookies to improve user experience.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
3.1 General Principle
Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Cancellation by Client
• Before program start: Full refund minus administrative fees.
• After program start: No refund.
• Illness: Make-up sessions may be provided upon submission of a valid medical certificate.
3.3 Cancellation by Academy
If a session is canceled by the Academy, clients will be offered a make-up session or a refund.
3.4 Make-Up Sessions
Participants are entitled to a limited number of make-up sessions per term, subject to availability.
3.5 No-Shows
Absences without prior notice are non-refundable and not eligible for make-up sessions.
3.6 Refund Method
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
3.7 Special Circumstances
In cases of force majeure (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters), the Academy may offer credits, rescheduling, or partial refunds at its discretion.
4. Photo & Video Consent Policy
4.1 Consent
By enrolling in the Academy, clients grant permission for photos and videos of participants to be captured during training, games, or events.
4.2 Use of Media
These materials may be used for promotional purposes including social media, websites, print, and advertising campaigns.
4.3 Opt-Out
Clients may request in writing that photos/videos of themselves or their children not be used by the Academy. The Academy will respect such requests to the extent reasonably possible.
5. Child Safeguarding Policy
5.1 Commitment
The Academy is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all children and young people.
5.2 Duty of Care
All staff and coaches must act responsibly and report any concerns related to child welfare, bullying, harassment, or abuse.
5.3 Code of Conduct for Staff
Staff must:
• Treat all children with respect
• Avoid inappropriate physical contact
• Not engage in any behavior that could be considered abusive
5.4 Reporting Concerns
Any concerns regarding child safety must be reported immediately to the Academy’s designated safeguarding officer.
5.5 Parental Responsibility
Parents/guardians remain responsible for the behavior and well-being of their children outside scheduled sessions.
5.6 Compliance
This policy is in line with UAE child protection laws and international safeguarding best practices.
