JM Pro Academy – Refund & Make-Up Session Policy

• Enrollment & Fees

o Enrollment or membership fees must be settled within 24 hours of receiving the official invoice.

o Once payment is made, cancellations or refunds are not permitted after 7 days.

• Refunds & Transfers

o Fees may only be transferred to a future term in exceptional circumstances beyond JM Pro Academy’s control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions).

o In case training is suspended for more than one month due to external factors, a refund of up to 70% may be issued.

o Refunds for personal reasons may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with a maximum refund of 70%.

• Make-Up Sessions

o A limited number of make-up sessions are allowed each term, depending on the package purchased and subject to availability.

o All make-up sessions must be booked in advance through JM Pro Academy staff. Unbooked arrivals may be refused if the session is full.

o Make-up sessions are only granted for illness or injury, with a valid medical note.

o Approved make-up sessions must be completed within the same term; otherwise, they will be forfeited.

o Make-up sessions cannot be scheduled during Holiday Camps, and missed Holiday Camp sessions are non-transferable.

o Missed tournaments or league registrations are non-refundable and cannot be carried over.

• General Conditions

o Make-up sessions will not be provided if there is any outstanding balance on the account.

o If a scheduled make-up session is missed, it cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or credited again.

o Special cases can be discussed directly with JM Pro Academy management.
